All payments on The Quick Assist are securely processed through Prominno Labs Pvt. Ltd. using the Razorpay payment gateway.

2. Service Description

The Quick Assist is a digital automation and AI-driven customer engagement platform that provides WhatsApp-based Ai Agent solutions, workflow automation tools, and related subscription services. All our services are delivered digitally and are activated upon successful payment confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Once a subscription or service has been activated, it cannot be cancelled for the ongoing term.
  • Users may, however, opt out of renewal before the next billing cycle by contacting our support team at support@thequickassist.co.
  • Any request for cancellation must be made before the renewal date to avoid automatic renewal charges.

4. Refund Policy

As we provide digital and instantly accessible services, we follow a strict no-refund policy once a service or subscription has been activated.

Refunds may only be issued under the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate payment made due to a technical error.
  • Payment made but the service could not be activated due to a verified technical issue at our end.

  • Partially used subscription period.
  • Service interruptions caused by user-side issues (e.g., device/network issues).
  • User’s inability to utilize features due to lack of understanding or non-cooperation.
