• Do not engage in activities such as::
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal behavior
• Harassment, threats, or violations of third-party rights
• Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware via chatbots
• Attempting to reverse engineer or tamper with the Platform
• Interfering with the performance or integrity of services

• Access to premium features may require a paid subscription
• You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page
• Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• We may modify pricing or plans with prior notice
• You authorize recurring billing until the subscription is canceled
• Late or failed payments may lead to service suspension or termination

• You retain ownership of chatbot content you create
• By using our services, you grant us a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and process chatbot content solely to improve and deliver our services
• You are responsible for legal compliance and third-party rights in chatbot content
• We recommend maintaining backups, as we are not liable for any data loss

• Data is collected and processed as described in our Privacy Policy
• You must comply with applicable data protection laws when using the Platform
• If your chatbot collects personal data, you must obtain user consent and display a proper privacy notice

• The Platform may offer integrations with external services (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger)
• Codetentacles Technologies is not liable for third-party service failures or policy changes
• Use of such services is governed by their own terms and policies

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms
• Termination results in the loss of access to your chatbot data and services
• You may cancel your account at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable

• The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available"
• We do not guarantee error-free, uninterrupted, or secure services
• We do not warrant the performance or reliability of chatbots created using the Platform

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• Codetentacles Technologies and TheQuickAssist.co are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for data loss, unauthorized access, or third-party actions
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months for services

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Codetentacles Technologies, TheQuickAssist.co, and their affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be provided where required. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to arbitration or adjudicated in the courts of India, as applicable.
